Homemade chicken stock with fresh tomatoes, California and guajillo chilies, and fresh peppermint, simmered to perfection, then served with crisp tortilla strips. Garnished with sliced avocado, sour cream and dried guajillo chilies on the side. A spicy starter for any of our entrées.

Flesh tomatoes, green onions, and garlic are roasted and then combined with chicken and simmered. The roasted vegetables are removed pureed and then added back to the broth with the shredded chicken breast and simmered with lime leaves and lemon wedges
