Mexican history tells us that around the time frame of c.1466 when the last Emperor of the Aztecs, Moctezuma, dipped a piece of tortilla inside a Molli pot, which in the native Nahualt language signifies, sauce, the Enchiladas were born to the Mexican Cuisine. Today as we celebrate with you the bi-centennial of the Independence of Mexico , our Restaurant is thrilled to share with you and your loved ones every evening starting this coming Monday, July 27th thru Sunday, August 16th, 2009 The Festival of Enchiladas. Poblana
The gastronomic delight of the region of this area in Mexico, the state of Puebla, offers us multiple irresistible flavors to our palate.
These Enchilada are made of stuffed tortillas with roasted fresh corn and Ricotta chesse bathed in Poblano chilies and Mexican cream sauce.
Jaliscienses
The culinary traditions of Jalisco have been imitated throughout the entire Mexican territory accompanied by good regional Tequila as an appetizer.
These Enchiladas are carefully created with a succulent house made sauce of Guajillo chilies. The tortillas are exposed to a hot pan to be smoked after dipped in the delicious sauce and they are serve openly with sautéed chicken with dried oregano leaves, lettuce and fresh avocado.
Nuevo Leon
Frijoles Charros and aromatic flavorful dishes distinguishes the state of Nuevo Leon in the north of the Mexican territory. The aromas of the chilies Anchos, fresh oregano and Jalapeno peppers create these flavorful Enchiladas serve along with Mexican Queso Fresco.
Baja California
On this area in the Mexican territory, is more common to see the elaboration of the culinary creations with seafood for example, the Cebiche and the famous fish tacos. Enchiladas Baja California are stuffed freshly made tortillas with Crab meat bathed in a red fired roasted Morron Chile sauce.
Yucatecas
Known as the “Papadzules” these Enchiladas are recognized globally for the famous flavors of the cochinita pibil, the Ah Max chilies, the hot Habanero chili topped with pickle red onions and shredded carrots. The name originates from the Maya culture “el alimento del amo”.
Veracruzanas
Known as Enfrijoladas, these Enchiladas are delightful to the Golf of Mexico. Crafted handmade tortillas covered with a sauce of black beans, chipotle chilies, tomatoes and ground beef. Garnished with sliced onions and Queso Fresco.

Our famous homemade carefully hand crafted corn ice cream served with chocolate truffles dipped in a Mexican spice.
