Our menu is based in the traditions of Mexico with a modern flavor a perfect balance of contrasting ideas and ingredients. We will share with you the cuisine of different regions of Mexico while using the finest and freshest ingredients of the Northwest.

You will see common items like a taco made a different way. Pairing sour tamarind with sweet honey or hibiscus flowers to make vinaigrette, to playing with sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove against the bitterness of chocolate in a classic mole. Using fresh halibut with a tropical mango sauce garnished with rose petals, corn ice cream made with fresh corn kernels these are just a beginning for the many foods you will experience.
