Next door to the Restaurant
For Ramiro Rubio and his mother Doña Elba Galvan,
gourmet Mexican means luscious sauces.
When I
dreamed of Galerias on Broadway (Seattle, WA) in 1993 my first location,
my intentions were to introduce my guests to authentic Mexican cuisine to
be enjoyed in an environment that did not reflect the predictable style of
sombreros and ponchos. Instead, I hoped for a style that is timeless,
ranging from the sixteenth to the twenty-first centuries. Galerias is a
celebration of everything Mexican throughout the many states of Mexico.
Now with the opening of Galerias in Las Vegas in 2008, we want to share
the same experience with you, WELCOME!
